Job Description
- Enter invoices into the accounting system.
- Enter daily merchandise sales into the accounting system.
- Enter credit card transactions.
- File, scan and review documentation
- Compile and record daily and weekly sales deposits.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Assist in ad hoc reports, including event reporting
- MS Excel and Google sheets experience.
- Detailed-oriented
- Be a team player
- Respect for company confidentiality.
- Quickbooks experience a plus
