About The Role

Assist the accounting department in day-to-day collection, tracking, and compilation of the company finances. This is a part time position, estimated to be about 20 hours a week.

Job Description

• Enter invoices into the accounting system.
• Enter daily merchandise sales into the accounting system.
• Enter credit card transactions.
• File, scan and review documentation
• Compile and record daily and weekly sales deposits.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Assist in ad hoc reports, including event reporting
  
  

Requirements

• MS Excel and Google sheets experience.
• Detailed-oriented
• Be a team player
• Respect for company confidentiality.
• Quickbooks experience a plus
