Key Responsibilities

• Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures used in residential framing
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials according to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and building codes to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and to the highest standards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Assist in site preparation and cleanup
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential carpentry or framing is preferred
• Willingness to learn Elite's construction methods and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and materials
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• No specific licenses required

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday (Flexible with time off)
