THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE

The Affiliate Analyst I is a dynamic, detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting the Affiliate Manager in executing the day-to-day operations of our affiliate program. This role involves managing campaign assets, coordinating with agency and affiliate partners on key events, delivering weekly performance reports, and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.

We are looking for a collaborative team player who employs innovative thinking to develop and continuously improve the Affiliate Channel. With strong communication and analytical skills, the Affiliate Analyst I will engage in both strategic and tactical initiatives—leveraging industry trends and key insights—to enhance our guest experience and drive the overall success of our affiliate program in a fast-paced environment.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

Campaign and promotion management:

  • Collaborate with the Affiliate Analyst II to manage paid placement planning, ensuring cohesive strategies that align with larger business goals.
  • Own and deliver weekly newsletters, manage Monday.com, handle creative requests and their delivery, and coordinate promotional details with agency and affiliate partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison for agency and affiliate partners for placement planning, tentpole events, and key promotional moments.

Partner Management:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with loyalty, coupon, and BNPL partners, leading tactical initiatives to maximize partnership effectiveness.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for internal stakeholders for tentpole events and promotional moments ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across all parties.
  • Represent the affiliate channel as a subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives, confidently articulating all program offerings.
  • Assist agency in the recruitment and onboarding process of new affiliate and influencer partnerships

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Utilize partner and Impact data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Affiliate Manager on period budgets and invoicing.

Industry Expertise:

  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within the channel.

The Essentials Of Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within eCommerce, retail, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with Affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, or Awin and key partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Monday.com.

The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $74,300.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
