The Senior HCM Implementation Consultant will be responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their MP solution. As functional experts, they lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS software solution, with a primary focus on HR, time and attendance and payroll business processes. This person must provide exceptional, seamless service for the clients and all of their needs and have a deep knowledge of the implementation lifecycle. As a collaborative senior level professional at MP, you will partner with the operations, sales and service teams to ensure flawless implementations for our customers. In addition, a senior consultant will train new team members, help maintain the most updated team processes, lead team knowledge sharing, and other duties as necessary.

The Senior HCM Implementation Consultant will be responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their MP solution. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HCM requirements, business processes, and goals.
- Lead the implementation of HCM software, including system setup, data migration, integrations, and user training ensuring the customer's employee data, payroll, time and attendance and HR business processes are configured accurately.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, addressing questions, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to ensure successful implementations
- Conduct thorough testing of the HCM system to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with client requirements.
- Deliver comprehensive end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of the HCM software.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Adhere to company and departmental policies.
- Builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.
- Assist Management with weekly meetings and training of new hires.
- Contributing expertise with updating day to day processes.
- Collaborating with the Management team on a mentorship program to scale up our existing HCMs.
- Provide weekly reporting as required by manager
- Some travel (less than 10%) may be required. Onsite training may be necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an HCM Implementation Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on HCM software implementation or SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of HCM concepts, processes, and best practices.
- Familiarity with HCM modules, including core HR, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and workforce analytics.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively train end-users.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
