About Us:

We’re not just a nursing home - we’re a place where residents feel at home, surrounded by compassionate care and a dedicated team. If you’re an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who’s passionate about making a difference, we’d love to meet you! We’re looking for someone to lead our team, ensure our residents receive top-notch care, and foster a positive environment for both staff and families.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Compassion: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, making sure that everyone - from residents to staff - feels supported and valued.
  • Create a Safe, Happy Environment: You’ll play a key role in creating a home-like atmosphere where residents are treated with dignity, and their care is a priority.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure the facility is fully compliant with all state and federal regulations (we’ve got your back with support, training, and resources).
  • Team Leadership: Manage a dynamic team of nursing, administrative, and support staff. Your leadership will inspire a team that feels motivated and excited about making a difference every day.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the budget while ensuring financial resources are used effectively. We want to grow, and your leadership will help guide our facility towards that future!
  • Quality Care: Work with staff to continuously improve the quality of care. From monitoring health plans to improving care protocols, you’ll help make sure our residents receive the best.
  • Foster Relationships: Be the bridge between residents, their families, and the community. You’ll be a trusted source for solving problems, addressing concerns, and keeping everyone connected.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Lead audits, surveys, and inspections to keep us on track - and we’ll always be there to support you in the process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A True Leader: You’ve got a gift for leading teams, motivating others, and staying cool under pressure. You’re someone who loves challenges and is passionate about delivering great care.
  • Experience Matters: You’ve been in the healthcare field for at least [X] years, and you’ve got a valid LNHA license in [State]. Bonus points if you’ve worked in a long-term care setting before.
  • Regulatory Know-How: You understand the ins and outs of healthcare regulations, from Medicare/Medicaid to OSHA and HIPAA, and you’re comfortable navigating them.
  • Financial Smarts: You’ve got a knack for managing budgets and driving efficiencies, but you also know how to balance financial goals with the heart of our mission: excellent care.
  • A People Person: You love connecting with people, whether it’s residents, families, or your team. You have strong communication and listening skills.
  • Problem Solver: When challenges pop up, you’re the one who steps in with creative, effective solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with EHR systems and healthcare software (or willing to learn!).

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Supportive Environment: We believe in growing together. You'll have access to training and development resources to help you be the best you can be.
  • Make a Real Difference: The work you do here has a direct impact on the lives of residents and their families. It’s meaningful work that feels good.
  • Great Team: You’ll be joining a friendly, dedicated team that treats each other like family.
  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: We offer competitive salary, health benefits, and other perks that make this a great place to work.
