As the People & Culture Manager, you will develop, implement and execute people and culture strategies for all ANGI and Gasboy functions globally which are aligned to the organization’s overall strategy and values. What You Will Do
- Own both complex and routine employment relations tasks and other case management activities, ensuring the business and employee’s requirements are balanced and legal frameworks are adhered to.
- Support the facilitation of talent management processes set by both Vontier and ANGI / Gasboy, driving proactive identification, development and planning of future talent to meet the needs of the organization.
- Build organizational capability, by providing individual coaching and facilitating internal learning and development programs; working in close collaboration with Vontier Talent specialists.
- Proactively identify the learning needs of the business,and develop suitable programs.
- Provide support to leadership in organizational design and change management discussions, driving a culture of transparency and collaboration while pro-actively identifying and mitigation people risks.
- Own individual Business Partnership of ANGI & Gasboy senior leadership team, and serve as an escalation point / triage for any complex or strategic HR issues surfaced.
- Understand business drivers and strategies to tailor delivery and support provided.
- Support and facilitate organizational communication strategies and needs.
- Lead and champion ID&E initiatives, driving advocacy and allyship in an integrated way.
- Ensure alignment and connections between the ANGI / Gasboy group and the wider P&C organization to drive global and consistent people practices; including policy control and management.
- Manage and oversee recruitment activities, driving delivery by working closely with internal talent acquisition stakeholders and preferred agencies as required.
- As required support transactional activities / nuisances without clear ownership to ensure a seamless support to the organization.
- Develop specific short-term and long-range plans and programs, together with the wider People & Culture team to provide a seamless and integrated people support model.
- Set the tone and expectation for the wider People & Culture team, driving a culture of accountability, delivery and agility.
- Work with leadership within your client group to clearly understand and manage headcount budgets / costs to ensure the organizational financial goals are meet or exceeded.
The successful candidate will have:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years experience in human resources business partner / generalist roles with progressive increases in scope and responsibility.
- Strong employment relations experience, handling both routine and complex cases.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, change embracing corporate culture.
- Strong learning agility, with the ability to learn new skills and potentially complex subject
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Leadership experience, with a proven track record of enhancing workplace culture & performance.
- Strategic thinker with good communication skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels.
- Someone who is passionate about making a difference, with a deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Previous experience in leading teams preferred
