Job Summary
As the Director of Digital Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring on time and quality high quality digital services (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, Website Content), to our portfolio of customers. In addition, you are responsible for managing, guiding, and training a team of managers and individual contributors that are responsible for the delivery of those digital services. Customer focused Digital services are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Be the voice of the customer, create, and maintain the customer journey for campaign and program creation, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and results
- Become an expert in our markets to anticipate competitive and industry trends, develop new strategies for delivery and digital service performance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our internal product, sales, and service teams and drive collaborative business improvements for the Company
- Manage and train your team, and specifically your managers, to focus on continuous improvement, high quality delivery, and high performing personnel
- Stay up to date with the latest digital technology and best practices
- Measure and optimize customer centric ROI, keyword rankings, and other critical elements of best-in-class digital service delivery
- Prepare and manage digital services budgets and key financial elements of customer based digital services, including but not limited to, targeted Gross Margin levels, customer retention rates, and digital revenue per digital staffing.
- Track customer-based SEO and Google Analytics data
- Build and execute on an annual digital services business plan
- Work closely with sales to stay on top of demand for digital service delivery
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing operations
- Skillful writer, copyeditor, and wordsmith with ability to explain complex topics in a simple and crisp message
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, creative content for multiple channels including partnerships, paid advertising, SEO and social media
- Demonstrated ability to establish, maintain, and continually improve workflows to meet demanding KPIs
- 3+ years of management and project management experience
- Must show initiative, self-motivation, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changing organizational needs
- Demonstrated experience thriving in a fast-paced, marketing and sales-driven environment with high volume, accelerated sales cycles
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and Facebook and Google Ad Management
- Basic knowledge of web design procedures
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Prolonged periods of seating
- May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
- Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel
