RN opportunity on an Inpatient Dialysis unit offering primarily day/evening shifts with weekend rotation. A $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
- As a registered nurse, deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while demonstrating respect, dignity, and empathy.
- Assume primary accountability for individualized, age-specific assessments, care planning, and collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Accurately administer treatments and medications, document care via electronic medical records, and adapt plans based on patient needs.
- Requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited program, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR and other relevant certifications, and proficiency in electronic medical records. Successful completion of orientation and competency assessments is essential.
