Requirements
- Communicate in a positive manner
- Bring a professional and well groomed appearance to the job
- Execute a recovery strategy and know when to involve a manager.
- Know how to set up and maintain the grill.
- Greet guests with enthusiasm.
- Learn safe and correct sword handling
- Cook food correctly and at proper temperatures
- Follow SOP for hot bowls, eggs/cheese, changing swords and veggie and allergy bowls
- Learn stir-fry blading and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation behind the grill.
- Interact with our guests; initiate conversations in a friendly manner.
- Serve clean, great looking bowls with correct plate presentation
- Be a bd's Team Mate.
