Key Responsibilities:
Cruise Booking & Coordination
- Assist clients with researching, selecting, and reserving cruise vacations
- Coordinate accommodations, onboard experiences, excursions, and transportation
- Manage booking modifications and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms
- Provide detailed travel information, including cruise packages, itineraries, and promotions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client bookings and preferences
- Send confirmations, cruise itineraries, and important updates in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cruise lines and suppliers to ensure seamless reservation processes
