Sr. Predictive and Inferential Analysts: Provide leadership for performing data analysis including machine learning, sentiment analysis, context extraction, and actionable insights with data to propose operational and process changes; manipulate and join data from multiple sources into population set for comparative analysis using a SQL and No-SQL tool approach; build data sets to be used as training material for models utilizing Python, R, and SQL; perform model management including model scoring, metric collection, performance monitoring, and model retraining as necessary; translate business operations and problems into analytical questions and deliver analytic insights to stakeholders; communicate analytics methodologies to non-technical users; conduct program or project analysis using statistical techniques to prove or disprove efficacy of projects; plan and build efficient scalable models that can be automated for large scale data analyses, development, validation, and implementation through the use of Python/R files, Jupyter Notebooks, SQL files, and Tableau; deliver presentations to upper leadership on findings through graphical displays and data; and write statistical methodology and results for technical reports and publication.
Education Requirements: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics or a closely related field.
Work Experience Requirements: Two (2) years of professional work experience in business analysis.
Alternative Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics or a closely related field and five (5) years of progressive professional work experience in business analysis.
Special Requirements: Undergraduate or graduate academic studies and/or work experience must have included machine learning, probability and statistics, data analysis, discovery, and visualization including real time data processing; business and system analysis and programming for data science with R, Python, SQL, Jupyter Notebooks, and Tableau; and data management including Big Data.
