Position Overview
Swipe Say Easy is looking a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and personal support to executives, helping manage their daily responsibilities, schedules, and communications. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and proactive, with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared as needed.
- Conduct research and provide background information to support decision-making.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks to enhance the executives' work-life balance.
- Monitor and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
- Maintain filing systems and organizational processes to streamline operations.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
