**Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including corporate, promotional, and private functions
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Manage budgets, timelines, and event schedules efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal staff
- Conduct on-site event support and troubleshooting
- Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluations
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule and availability for occasional weekend or evening events
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is a plus
