Full-Time | $70,000–$85,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Will Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting. If you're experienced with SAP, highly proficient in Excel, and eager to work in a purpose-driven environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze financial trends and results
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and models
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities for savings
• Collaborate across departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
