Administrative Assistant
Transdev is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is a valued member of the team and provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks including managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with special projects.

- Vacation: minimum of two 2 weeks
- Sick days: 5 days
- Holidays: 10 days; 6 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all required RTC reporting is complete and on-time.
- Liaise with other administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers, Transdev corporate, and RTC.
- Greet visitors to the facility offices or by phone (direct calls)
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed notes.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Manage other duties to support the operation such as ordering office supplies.
- Proficiency using MS Office products including MS Excel and MS Word and Windows based programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with basic math skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced/high energy environment.
- Must be able to drive company or personal vehicle to review driver performance, meet clients, and for other company related purposes.
- Must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.
- Exceptional customer service, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking abilities.
- This position requires working in an office setting as well as in the field to monitor and support bus operations.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- May require responding to emergencies or service disruptions outside of regular business hours.
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
- Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedule as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
