What You Will Be Doing

• Elevate Guide performance through strategic coaching, data-driven feedback, and innovative development programs
• Design and implement world-class playbooks that set the standard for learning facilitation excellence
• Lead by example through direct student mentorship, showcasing advanced coaching techniques and motivation strategies
• Drive continuous improvement through performance metrics and adaptive learning methodologies

Elite Coach Key Responsibilities

Drive educational excellence by developing and leading a world-class team of Guides who consistently deliver exceptional student outcomes through Alpha's innovative learning system.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of distinguished experience in education, L&D, or coaching
• Proven track record of developing innovative educational programs and driving measurable results
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
• Extensive experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational settings
• Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision making and performance optimization
• Must be available to work on-site in Austin, TX or Little Rock, AR
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
