FERRARI OF NEWPORT BEACH SERVICE CENTER is seeking an EXPERIENCED Full-Time Auto Detailer to join our dynamic team! Please note that verifiable BUFFING experience (5+ years) is required for the job. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles to be washed ensuring hard to clean areas are given special attention, including vacuum and finishing.
- Perform spot drying ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to the customer.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling vehicles with extreme care.
- Promptly report any prior or new damage to a customer’s vehicle to managemen.t
- Outstanding customer service skills and an outgoing attitude.
- A strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a quality service
- Ability to work long hours on your feet in fast paced environment.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
- Ability to work in physically demanding position that requires frequent movement; i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 5+ years of applicable experience
- A minimum of 2 years of dealership experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Follows directions, processes, policies and procedures
- Must exhibit the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment
- Must have a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Knowledge of the Ferrari brand preferred.
