American Custom Exteriors LLC is looking for a skilled Residential Exterior Carpenter to join our team. As a Residential Exterior Carpenter, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of various exterior components, including siding, windows, doors, and other remodeling elements. You will work alongside experienced professionals in the field to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service, contributing to our mission of delivering beauty, durability, and unique appeal to our clients' homes.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Assist with the installation of siding, windows, doors, decks, and other exterior features on residential properties.
• Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of installation tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite, adhering to company safety protocols.
• Operate hand and power tools to perform necessary installation tasks with precision.
• Work closely with the lead installer and team members to complete projects according to company standards and client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues to keep projects on track.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in exterior remodeling, construction, or installation preferred.
• Skills: Familiarity with siding, window, and door installation techniques. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Work Ethic: A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
