The menu is conceptualized by a Michelin trained chef who takes fine dining standards and applies them to a casual setting, ensuring high quality and standards. - Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station
- Manage prep with accuracy and foresight
- Assist with expediting and ensure service runs efficiently
- Uphold all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Communicate clearly and support a professional kitchen culture
- Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience
- Familiarity with prep sheets, inventory systems, and station management
- Proven ability to lead during service and expedite when needed
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Professionalism, reliability, and a team-first mindset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Chef-led kitchen focused on quality and consistency
