Yorba Linda Country Club is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Food and Beverage to lead all food and beverage operations and elevate the member experience to new heights. This is more than a management role — it’s an opportunity to shape the future of food and beverage (F&B) at one of the region’s premier clubs.
As the face of our F&B Program, the Director will drive both excellence and innovation, creating a welcoming, top-tier environment for all membership categories. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service, lead a passionate and high-performing team, and champion the club’s commitment to inclusivity and enjoyment.
Key responsibilities include maintaining world-class facilities, designing engaging member programs, and delivering exceptional customer service — all while staying laser-focused on financial performance, budgeting, and aligning services with the Club's bold vision for growth.
