The position:

The employee will be responsible for assisting in the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, including the use of order management software, such as Apparel Magic, to manage and track orders online. Duties include preparing items for shipment, packing products, labeling packages, and coordinating with shipping carriers. The role also involves updating order statuses, processing online transactions, and ensuring all orders are accurately entered and maintained within the Apparel Magic system.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and organizing inventory records using the software
• Organizing the packing area to maximize workflow efficiency
• Performing periodic stock checks and assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed
