We have an outstanding Contract position for aBusiness Analystto join a leading Company located in theCarson, CAsurrounding area.

Pay Rate: $30

Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues and define system requirements to address organizational information challenges.
• Design computer programs and recommend automated system controls and protocols.
• Determine operational objectives by gathering information and evaluating output requirements and format s.
• Collaborate closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document system requirements.
• Identify project milestones, phases, and elements to ensure alignment with the timeline and budget.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write detailed specifications.
• Develop organizational change management frameworks and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT ).
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedure s.
• Create end-user documentation such as user guides, process flow charts , and training materials.
• Deliver user training sessions to support system adoption.

Basic Hiring Criteria

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• Preferred experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of business processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Solid ERP knowledge.
• Developing proficiency within the discipline; moderate skill sets required.
