Now, we're scaling rapidly with 25-30 new campuses in the next six months. We need seasoned operational leaders who can turn ambitious plans into executable reality.
As an SVP of Operations, you'll own one of four critical tracks: Regulatory Approvals, Campus Build-out, Onboarding & Systems, or Financial Operations. This isn't about maintaining status quo—it's about building the infrastructure that will support thousands of students in achieving unprecedented educational outcomes.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent)
- 10+ years of operational leadership in complex, regulated environments
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of our core operational tracks:
- Regulatory compliance and approval processes
- Multi-site facility launches and vendor management
- Scalable operations and systems implementation
- Multi-entity financial operations and modeling
- Proficiency with AI tools and digital acceleration
- U.S. work authorization and ability to travel 25% of time
