The Opportunity
Culture Biosciences is looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This role will support multiple HR functions including employee experience. This position will report to the Human Resources Director and is required to be in office 5 days a week, located in South San Francisco, CA.

Culture Biosciences's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. Our expected salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000. We are hiring for multiple levels and backgrounds so final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.

The Opportunity
Culture Biosciences is looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This role will support multiple HR functions including employee experience. This position will report to the Human Resources Director and is required to be in office 5 days a week, located in South San Francisco, CA.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a resource to employees and managers on HR policies, practices.
- Lead new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and positive first impression for new team members.
- Assists in daily benefits administration to include enrollments, terminations, changes, employee inquiries and monthly reports
- Maintain and update HRIS and employee files
- Support Recruiting efforts as needed during peaks in hiring. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide a positive experience.
- Support employee experience events.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of Human Resources experience required; PHR certification is a plus
- Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees
- Knowledge of HRIS Human Resource systems, Excel Spreadsheets and Word Processing software
- This is an onsite position. We’re looking for someone based in the San Francisco Bay Area who is able to work in person at our office in South San Francisco full time, 5 days per week.
