- Unify Sales Teams across all brands and regions into a cohesive, high-performance unit.
- Create and optimize yearly sales plans and forecasts that deliver revenue plan achievement.
- Simplify and clarify the sales growth recipe to ensure clear direction and focus at every level.
- Foster a culture of connection, camaraderie, and accountability by modeling collaboration and alignment and driving behavior that reflects our values.
- Clarify objectives and expectations for performance and growth by identifying and unifying growth strategies across teams and markets.
- Measure consistently to track progress, promote transparency, and drive outcomes.
- Translate data into actionable plans, quickly adapting strategies to stay on track with goals, optimize performance, coach teams, and ensure alignment
- Amplify the message, ensuring one consistent voice across our Family of Brands.
- Prioritize teammate retention, onboarding, and training—ensuring our sales culture attracts, empowers, and retains top talent.
- Lead with a future-focused mindset, preparing strategies and systems for a $350M+ organization
- Deliver consistent wins while reinforcing our commitment to people over numbers.

Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and inspections (not limited to the pest control industry)
- This role is based in Marietta GA with up to 50% travel across our 6-state footprint to engage with teams, build relationships and align sales efforts
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within a company with multiple locations and annual revenues exceeding $100M
- A unifier of people and purpose, able to align diverse teams across multiple brands and regions under one clear vision.
- Leads with clarity—simplifying complex strategies into clear, repeatable actions that drive growth
- Courageous enough to protect culture from becoming reactive or transactional, and intentional in modeling servant leadership
- Experienced in designing and driving scalable growth strategies that reflect shared values and measurable success
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and reporting systems, ideally WorkWave, Zoho, and Sharepoint
- Models our 5 core values, The Northwest Way, and our 24 service standards
