This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, driven by passion to continually raise the bar in the digital space. This is a hybrid role in our Hoffman Estates, Illinois, or Knoxville, Tennessee office.

You Are Responsible For

• Developing and implementing digital promotional strategies to help achieve BL objectives through a variety of marketing communications activities.
• Positioning BL as a leader in clinical care pathways in key areas such as theranostics and Alzheimer’s disease.
• Advancing leadership in artificial intelligence through development of content strategy and communications key artifacts.
• Collaborating with Siemens Healthcare’s global communications team on initiatives that position the company as an overall leader in the medical imaging industry and building a strong brand and marketing teams required to support marketing plans.
• Ensuring all content/materials distributed or published are in compliance with healthcare regulatory and legal requirements, as well as with the company’s internal approval processes.
• Confirming marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, clinical requirements, and can measure and monitor the effectiveness of each project.
• Completing complex projects in advertising and promotional programs, digital campaigns, video, social media, trade shows, internet communications, and special clinical promotions such as case studies and white papers
• Producing complex reports, digital campaigns, videos, social media, SEM, and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness.
• Tracking budgets and projects for the marketing communications department and evaluating vendor/supplier relationships.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS in Communications, English, Journalism, Advertising, or related area
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in digital marketing, communications, or advertising
• Previous knowledge of working in a healthcare or regulated environment highly desirable
• Skilled at creatively translating business strategies and objectives into targeted, engaging global communications.
• Strong project management skills with diverse marketing communications experience (i.e., web development, content planning/development, messaging/positioning, brand development/ management, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with digital marketing tools(content management systems, marketing automation tools, CRM, SEO, social media, etc.)
• Creative strategic thinker who can drive projects, execute delivery, and personally execute
• Excellent English‐writing and editing skills, including experience writing for the web. Medical or technical writing would be highly desirable.
• Team and solution-oriented mindset; experience working on culturally diverse teams and in multi-cultural environment
• Able to manage a variety of assignments simultaneously and work efficiently in a challenging environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
• Desire to work hard and have fun; gets the job done while setting the bar for others to follow

The Annual Base Pay For This Position Is

Min $93,600 - Max $140,400

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
