With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Family Medicine is seeking a board eligible/certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice at Henry Ford Medical Center – Warren. Currently, this practice has 4 providers. Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed and work exclusively for the Group.

- Outpatient clinical care – Full spectrum primary care
- Experience with older adults and complex care a plus
- Willingness to engage in team-based care including collaboration with case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and other staff for high value care
- Opportunity for collaboration, education of medical students, residents, as well as participation in research
- Work schedule consists of non-traditional hours (Monday thru Friday including one Saturday per month)
- Partners with other team members to foster and champion an inclusive workplace culture
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to JEDI principles
- Must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine
- Residency/Fellowship training by an ACGME/AOA accredited program is required
