The Vice President of Telehealth and Outpatient Services will play a pivotal role in the direction, leadership, and strategic growth of Real Help’s telehealth and outpatient programs. This executive leader will oversee operational, financial, and programmatic functions, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory requirements while advancing innovation, quality, and accessibility in mental health services.
The VP of Telehealth and OP Services will work closely with Real Help’s executive team, Program Directors, and key stakeholders to enhance service offerings, expand telehealth reach, and drive operational excellence across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand Telehealth and Outpatient Services, ensuring high-quality, accessible care.
Drive strategic planning, program development, and growth initiatives.
Oversee financial performance, compliance, and regulatory adherence across programs.
Assess emerging trends and recommend innovative service models to enhance patient care.
Supervise and support Program Directors and remote teams to maximize performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, payers, and providers.
Implement quality assurance, risk management, and performance improvement initiatives.
Work with leadership to develop new contracts, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
Who You Are
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
Independent Clinical Licensure in NY, MA, NH, or RI (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC)
5+ years of experience leading behavioral health operations, including financial oversight.
3+ years of experience managing telehealth and outpatient therapy operations with remote teams.
Proven success in multi-state behavioral health program management.
Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, quality assessment, and compliance.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and telehealth technology.
Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
Ability to develop new contracts and expand service offerings.
