These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

About Your Role

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong background in full-stack development, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain front-end interfaces for web applications using modern languages and frameworks such as TypeScript and React
- Design and implement back-end services and APIs using Golang, Docker and other relevant technologies
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; follow best practices and coding standards and conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA, partners, or clients to ensure high-quality application performance
- Develop technical designs and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, developers, and business users to define, design, and deploy new features
- Operate within an agile environment as an active participant in all traditional agile ceremonies and activities to deliver high-quality outputs

- 4+ years of software development experience in a Technology, AI, Fintech, or SaaS organization
- 4+ years of development experience in Go, TypeScript, React, or an equivalent language
- 1+ years of experience with relational databases, Docker, and GIT
- 1+ years of experience utilizing critical thinking and research strategies to augment existing codebases
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work or military experience
- Experience with development and documentation applications: Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Visio, and Lucid Charts
- Experience in Core Banking Platform or Payments
- Experience building AI solutions or using AI to enhance day-to-day productivity
