Base + Commission:

This position offers a base salary plus a quarterly bonus incentive on mitigation profitability. Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, and nurture a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best, setting a positive example as a leader.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for the team and company, driving a results-oriented approach.
  • Lead the team in achieving and exceeding targets, consistently delivering exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with department heads and executives to align strategies and achieve company-wide goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and performance.
  • Foster strong client relationships and maintain client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role in the mitigation field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, inspire, and lead teams to success in mitigation.
  • Texas MRC license preferred but not required.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to set and execute a vision.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
