Responsibilities
- Sort and file documents according to established filing systems
- Scan and upload documents into electronic filing systems
- Retrieve files as needed for staff members and clients
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
