Summary
The Brand Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivering a unified, cross-functional, consumer and customer led approach to our product stories that support the company’s and categories overall brand and sales objectives. This role will work to align PBS (Product, Brand & Strategy) with our BU’s (D2C, Wholesale, CCG and EMEA) to develop unique informational and inspirational product programs and outputs. The deliverables and outputs from these programs are to positively impact brand awareness from consideration to purchase of Carhartt anywhere consumers choose to buy Carhartt while strengthening, diversifying, and growing the brand with all hardworking people.

Responsibilities
- Represent the voice of the brand and the consumer in support of all key milestones through the Go to Market process.
- Influence and partner with product merchandising teams to deliver an aligned approach to product solutions that deliver clear feature and benefits for the consumer.
- Support Sr. Brand Product Managers with planning and executing product strategies
- Liaise with Strategy & Insights team to interpret analytics into ownable, actional marketing campaigns, inclusive of voice and imagery in which inspire consumers to buy Carhartt.
- Work to support cross-functionally with Product, Legal & Merchandising to finalize product claims, naming, logos, and packaging needs.
- Brief creative, project manage timeline and deliver all creative needs to support the storytelling of the identified product stories – inclusive but not limited to digital content, photography, audio, POS, sales tools, packaging, activations, collaborations, site content, etc.
- Support product roadmap from sell-in to sell-through and across consumer journeys to impact consistent BU implementation.
- Support Socializing programs to PBS (Product, Brand & Strategy), BU’s, SLT in the form of a brief presentation.
- Recap programs in a timely manner to identify key learnings and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent years of work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 3 or more years of relevant marketing experience in a product-oriented, consumer driven company
- Able to effectively influence others to deliver desired results.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
- Written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate plans and concepts across all levels both internally and externally.
- Apparel/Fashion or Retail company/brand experience preferred.
- Team mentality, passion for the consumer with proven abilities in team management, customer relationship management and planning.
- Proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Word, etc.
- Office Environment
- Sedentary; lifts up to 10 lbs. involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
- Light Travel; up to 20%
- This position has a Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
