The VP of People Operations will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and growth objectives. This role involves leading talent management efforts, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring effective organizational design. The VP of People Operations will oversee compensation and benefits programs, manage HR operations and compliance, and collaborate with leadership on change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, a passion for employee engagement, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and growth objectives.
• Talent Management: Lead efforts in talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
• Culture & Employee Experience: Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and a sense of belonging.
• Organizational Design: Support scalable structures and processes that enable efficient operations across departments, including performance management and workforce planning.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the total rewards strategy, including competitive compensation, equity, and benefits programs that drive performance and attract top talent.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure that systems, policies, and practices are compliant, efficient, and designed to support a global and/or hybrid workforce.
• Change Management & Communication: Collaborate with leadership to manage organizational change, internal communications, and team alignment during periods of growth or transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Master’s Degree in related field or MBA preferred.
• 7-10years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience in strategic HR leadership and developing people strategies.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Proven ability to foster a high-performance and inclusive culture.
• Experience in organizational design and improving operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits management.
• Understanding of HR compliance and operations for a global workforce.
