Parnall Law Firm seeks a trustworthy and proactive Runner to support our Executive Assistant in managing personal and professional errands for the firm's Owner/CEO. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and adaptable.

Location: Albuquerque, NM (100% on-site)

Pay range: $15-$16 per hour

Results/Outcomes And Key Responsibilities

• Attend weekly firm-wide huddle every Monday morning at 8:00
• Attend daily team mini huddle Tuesday through Friday at 8:00 am
• Attend biweekly meeting with Team Lead to go over individual metrics
• Pick up and deliver items (documents, packages, supplies, etc.)
• Run personal errands for the firm's owner (shopping, post office, appointments, etc.)
• Coordinate daily with the Executive Assistant on tasks and priorities
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
• Assist with in-office tasks as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Valid drivers license
• Clean driving history (no accidents or tickets)/insurable through Parnall Law Firm's insurance carrier
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Availability Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm
