We are currently searching for a high-performing Senior Project Manager, Build & Construction to join our team. This key player will be responsible for assisting with design management, construction management, and special projects with the Expansion team. This role will support with overseeing construction projects through detailed timelines and hands-on project management, and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution in all locations. The ideal candidate brings to the team a collaborative and problem-solving energy, and an eagerness to jump in across all phases of design and construction projects.

This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week and will require travel locally and nationally every 4-6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Expansion team in all design, construction, and real estate related projects and tasks
  • Own full project budgets across all construction and real estate initiatives - responsible for forecasting, tracking, and ensuring projects stay within scope and financial targets
  • Provide high-level executive reporting on project milestones, risks, budgets, and timelines to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop and implement end-to-end build process strategy, ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational goals, and long-term growth plans
  • Conduct and evaluate site feasibility studies to inform real estate decisions
  • Oversee all permitting and entitlement processes, serving as a key liaison with local agencies to ensure compliance and timely approvals
  • Oversee risk management efforts, identifying and mitigating potential issues across budget, timeline, and execution, with proactive contingency planning
  • Manage project tracking tools to monitor and report on the progress of multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Take ownership of special projects, driving them from concept to completion with the support of the team
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement brand standards, ensuring they are upheld across all physical spaces, new and existing
  • Regularly conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines and standards - travel required

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management or related experience, preferably within fashion, retail, or consumer goods
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Budget and schedule management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to contribute effectively in the development and implementation of brand standards
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge in construction, architectural and store planning terminology
  • Working knowledge of store and field operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of the team
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with supervision
