Your Next Role

This position manages a portfolio of projects, ensuring the needs of Sycorr, the team members, and customers are met. Within the Scrum framework of Agile practices, this role is key to successful development projects. Researching, recommending, and getting things done in the most practical way possible is the focus of this role.

Primary Duties

We really want to chat if the following gets you excited.

• Owning all all aspects of product development projects and programs, including planning, estimation, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and performance.
• Ensuring the team is well-trained in Agile practices.
• Coaching teams using Agile practices such as daily standup meetings, documentation in Jira, and accurate reporting.
• Ensuring the teams are aware of product updates resulting from development work.
• Using data to facilitate decision-making with key stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

Nobody knows everything; however, there are some minimum requirements you'll need to succeed in this role.

Required Education And Experience

• 4-6 years of project management experience in managing multiple projects/programs
• Exemplary attention to detail
• Ability to quickly acquire expert knowledge of the subject matter, as needed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Expert in Agile project management
• Deep knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience in managing multiple projects/programs
• Bachelor's degree or certifications in a related field (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, or PMP)
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles
• Familiarity with banking
