Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and mapping to ensure accurate conversion to CMiC.
- Collaborate with project teams to define data requirements and specifications.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to maintain data integrity.
- Execute data migration processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Document data conversion procedures and maintain detailed records.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data management practices.
- Continuously improve data conversion processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on CMiC software updates and best practices in data management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data conversion or data management, preferably with CMiC, Sage 300, and Vista.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Oracle database, including SQL and PL/SQL.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS SQL Server, including SQL and T-SQL.
- Strong understanding of database structures and data integrity principles.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
