Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality finish carpentry in accordance with project scope and quality standards.
• Communicate with the Project Manager and team to coordinate daily and weekly work plans.
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness throughout the workday and at day's end.
• Guide and support team members with task completion and professional standards.
• Participate in weekly meetings and proactively report progress, setbacks, or scope changes.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's values in appearance, language, and behavior.
• Accurately estimate time and materials required for tasks and communicate material needs in advance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and elevations for precise implementation.
• Use initiative to identify potential improvements and needed adjustments to project plans.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and leadership to meet project goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-end residential carpentry and finish work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability within a field team.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with technology: proficient in email, texting, and basic digital tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Portsmouth, NH; punctuality and reliability are essential.
