Description

Job Overview:   As a Property Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing high level support to management in the overall operations of your assigned property. Along with delivering exceptional customer service to owners, residents, clients and vendors. Oversee projects and staff associated with management of property.  Your Responsibilities:  
  • Processing The Doric co-op applications 
  • Managing Doric closings 
  • Traveling to various communities to provide coverage and support during manager absences, transitions, or times when additional hands are needed i.e. special projects, assist portfolio managers 
While providing coverage, this person will: 
  • Directly oversees all Management Office administrative staff, Front Desk Services (Doorpersons and Concierge) and Security along with the onsite supervisor for the outsourced company. 
  • Responsible for directing the Administrative Assistant in preparation of Board of Directors meeting packages as well as posting of meeting agendas. 
  • Daily supervisory level inspections  
  • Vendor and service provider interaction daily to ensure that goods and or services are being received per contracts in place. 
  • Facilitate internal communication as required and direct the maintenance of office files. 
  • Responsible for directing the formatting and timely posting of all meeting agendas. 
   Skills & Qualifications:  
  • Minimum of 3+ years management experience, preferably in property management 
  • Experience working on multiple projects at a time 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent word processing, mathematic and computer skills required

Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.      Compensation: $65,000
