Description
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Program Supervisor who will oversee our Dakota County Waiver Case Management team. The Program Supervisor will be supervising a team of CADI Case Managers and work to ensure our clients receive excellent care that meets state, county, and company standards. Our Waiver Case Management team provides person centered care to clients in the community by coordinating and facilitating services that support and maintain health and independence.
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday regular business hours
Location: Dakota County, Minnesota | Hybrid
Hiring Range: $55,016 - $61,888 / Yearly, based on qualifications
Hiring bonus: $1,000 external candidates

Main Job Duties:
- Supervises and coaches the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, proper procedures and excellent quality of services
- Provides training, assess strengths and development needs, and provide timely and specific feedback on job duties, company policies and best practices
- Provides direct client services in an integrative and collaborative manner
- Facilitates partnerships and nurtures relationships with stakeholders in order to meet the overall health needs of clients
- Creates a sense of community and team among staff and clients
- Hires and orienting program staff
- Helps staff in development of skills
- Coordinates program schedules and meetings
- Models person-centered care
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with program staff an other program managers
- Must be able to have regular physical presence in the Twin Cities, MN area
Qualifications:
To Perform This Job Successfully An Individual Must Be Able To Perform Each Essential Duty Satisfactorily. The Requirements Listed Below Are Representative Of The Knowledge, Skill, And/or Ability Required. Reasonable Accommodations May Be Made To Enable Individuals With Disabilities To Perform The Essential Functions. These Essential Duties Include:
- Passing all background and requirements for facility and position; and
- The ability to pass the screening required by Federal Human Services Office of Inspector General to assure that person has not been excluded from working in the Health Care Programs which receive federal funding.
- Must have a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or a closely related field;
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college with a major in any field, AND
- One year of full-time (2,000 hours) experience as a social worker/case manager/care coordinator in a public or private social service agency
- Two years experience as a Waiver Case Manager
- Master's degree in a related field
- Completion of the People Incorporated's Link to Leadership Program
- Two years prior supervisory experience in the delivery of behavioral health services
- Candidates who hold an active and unrestricted license in the State of Minnesota (LAMFT, LGSW, LADC, LSW or LPC)
