Reports to: Director of Project Fulfillment
Position Summary: The responsibilities of the Project Management Coordinator are to assist Project Management personnel in the execution of Steel, Precast, and Glass Projects from project handoff to project completion including the coordination, processing, distribution, and monitoring of all project information. The Project Management Coordinator will be an integral part of the Project Management Team and will frequently interact with all the departments within PDM.

The Project Management Coordinator will be an integral part of the Project Management Team and will frequently interact with all the departments within PDM.

- Assist PM’s to process, track, and regular follow up on all contract agreements and contract documents.
- Understanding and executing the submittal process including submitting, distributing, and maintaining all submittal data.
- Understanding and executing the RFI process including creating RFIs, submitting for review, distribution and maintaining records of RFI’s.
- Control of the contract documents including digital filing of all contract documents, processing design updates, distribution, and record keeping of contract document evolution.
- Participate in Project Handoff meetings, ensuring that document transfer from engineering/detailing to Project Fulfillment is complete and monitored through project cycle.
- Proactive oversight of the information transfer process for timeliness, accuracy, and making sure the relevant documents are published appropriately.
- Administrate regular meetings within the PM, Transportation, and Field departments as required.
- Special Projects will occasionally require the Project Coordinator to participate in those teams.
- Participate in software implementation (EPM) for file storage, processes, and standard procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Control the submittal process for numerous projects guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
- Metals and Precast document control including digital filing, distribution, and follow up on open action items therein.
- Obtain and file safety documentation as required.
- Monitor and distribute all information from clients, subcontractors, and partners.
