Data Analyst - #1412380

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and data-driven professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you’ll transform raw data into meaningful insights that support smart decision-making across the organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, develop visualizations, and deliver actionable reports that solve real business challenges.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Design and build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into clear analysis
• Create and maintain clean, reliable datasets for various teams
• Present findings in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to the development and improvement of BI tools, processes, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems) or equivalent experience
• Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and presentation
• Proficiency with BI and data tools to extract, analyze, and report on large datasets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• SQL querying experience is preferred, but will be taught if not
• Python scripting experience is preferred, but will be taught if not
