Finance Analyst - #1412395

We are seeking a Finance Analyst with strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and solid experience in financial systems and IT-related spend tracking. Key Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile all IT spend and invoicing; deliver monthly and annual spend reviews to IT Finance leaders
• Contribute to support planning and budgeting processes; assist with annual P&L development
• Manage forecasts and seasonality for IT support and project expenditures
• Collaborate closely with IT, Trade Development, AP, and Accounting teams
• Analyze daily expenses to identify trends, issues, and profitability opportunities
• Assist in month-end processes and minimize structural margin loss
• Support IT Finance Leaders in spend tracking and program management
• Define, track, and monitor KPIs and support IT processes such as Vendor Management, Asset Management, Telecommunications, and Business Applications
• Gather and interpret data; identify and analyze trends; produce clear reports
• Contribute to process documentation, automation, and standardization
• Act on exceptions in metrics and ensure follow-through to resolve issues
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel
• Experience with SAP FICO or equivalent financial system
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Must be based in the Miramar area and available to work hybrid on-site
