MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
What You Will Be Doing
As an IT Services team member, you will be responsible for:
- Deploying and maintaining system hardware, operating systems, and software installations
- Documenting all aspects of IT services provided, including system configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities
- Adhering to established policies, procedures, and guidelines set out by the Government, including security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Supporting the IT infrastructure and systems used by military forces, including audio, video, printing, and broadcast assets
- Provisioning, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various software applications and hardware equipment, including servers, workstations, printers, and audio-visual equipment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless IT services and support
