You will be an IT Services team member, responsible for providing technical support to a military organization. Our team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure, and we're looking for a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

As an IT Services team member, you will be responsible for:

• Deploying and maintaining system hardware, operating systems, and software installations
• Documenting all aspects of IT services provided, including system configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities
• Adhering to established policies, procedures, and guidelines set out by the Government, including security protocols and vulnerability assessments
• Supporting the IT infrastructure and systems used by military forces, including audio, video, printing, and broadcast assets
• Provisioning, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various software applications and hardware equipment, including servers, workstations, printers, and audio-visual equipment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless IT services and support
