Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Weekly Pay

Reports To: Accounting Manager

About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed and deadline-driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and financial records—primarily within Trimble’s Spectrum construction accounting software. What You'll Do

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices across multiple companies using Spectrum
• Ensure timely payments while taking advantage of vendor terms and discounts
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records in Spectrum
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify purchase orders, receipts, and approvals
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting through Spectrum
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Help maintain 1099 records and assist with year-end reporting
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of AP experience (construction industry a plus, but not required)
• Prior experience with Spectrum accounting software required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excel-savvy and comfortable with data entry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
