All Star Garage Door, Inc. is seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator - Warehouse to join our team in Baldwin Park. This hybrid role splits your time between office-based administrative work and hands-on warehouse and driving duties. As the backbone of our daily operations, you'll support scheduling, oversee warehouse activity, manage job files, perform local deliveries, and ensure seamless communication across teams and customers. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Coordinate daily scheduling for installers and service technicians alongside the supervisor
• Support warehouse operations, including organizing materials and assisting both installation teams and wholesale customers
• Check in products and materials as they arrive and manage warehouse inventory
• Perform daily audits to ensure all tech trucks are accurately stocked according to paperwork
• Maintain accurate and organized job files on-site
• Assist customers with invoice payments and walk-in service needs
• Complete weekly local deliveries across Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding areas
• Communicate with manufacturers via email and phone for order and product updates
• Support unloading and stocking of weekly product shipments into the warehouse
• Participate in daily closeout calls with the owner to review and finalize work orders
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Clean driving record (DMV report required)
• Strong customer service skills, both on the phone and in person
• Excellent written communication and organizational abilities
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to reliability and accuracy
• Interest in working for a family-run business with a supportive culture
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds
• Prior experience in warehouse or distribution environments preferred

Schedule & Location:

• Schedule: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Location: Baldwin Park, CA - Must be comfortable driving locally throughout the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County regions.
