Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Position Overview

Sciens Logistics, an asset-based 3PL, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Executive to drive growth and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the logistics industry, with a proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage and expand your existing logistics sales expertise.
  • Prospect, acquire, and grow Mid-Market & Major clients to contribute to Sciens Logistics' exponential growth.
  • Master all aspects of our service offerings, business model, customer-specific solutions, and proprietary software.
  • Address sales inquiries with strategic pricing, capacity solutions, and innovative client needs solutions.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Operations teams to enhance account expansion and provide exceptional support.
  • Travel as necessary to meet new and prospective clients, conduct quarterly business reviews, and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or third-party logistics.
  • Familiarity with various transportation modes, including drayage, intermodal, LTL, and cross-border, is advantageous.
  • Strategic and competitive pricing acumen.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver outstanding results.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for sales.

Pay Scale

$65,000 - $85,000+ base plus uncapped commission.
