We Build High-Quality Commercial Projects—and Need a PM Who Can Keep Up.

We’re a fast-paced commercial general contractor seeking a Project Manager who can take the reins on projects from precon to closeout. Our typical work includes tenant improvements, office buildouts, concrete site work and exterior upgrades—ranging from $300k–$1M.

We’re looking for someone organized, forward-thinking, and proactive, with the confidence and experience to run multiple projects at once while keeping teams aligned and deliverables on track.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 3–5 active projects across scopes like TI, light retail, and site improvements
• Develop, update, and track project schedules
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and trade sequencing
• Maintain quality control—everything should meet plan and spec
• Communicate consistently with field teams, clients, and internal staff
• Identify and resolve issues before they escalate
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Ability to read a full set of plans in detail
• Strong knowledge of construction documents and trade coordination
• Software skills in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Dropbox
• Experience managing jobs from start to finish
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Prior experience in the field (Superintendent or Field Engineer) is a plus
