Premier Casino/Hotel Resort seeks a Senior Executive Level Director of Engineering at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino:
- Must have a minimum of 7-10 years in a large casino/hotel property
- Experience in properties of over 200,000 square feet
- 7+ years in a management role, overseeing complex, high-impact projects with a focus on timely and quality-driven execution
- Generation plant experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching teams to achieve high performance and advance professionally.
- Experience in maintenance, engineering, and/or construction
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred. Additional Requirements:
- OSHA Certified
- General Licensees in the following preferred:
- Electrical
- HVAC
