The primary role of the Commercial Data & Analytics Leader is to provide data solutions that help key stakeholders make fact-based decisions quickly and drive results. This role supports the whole Commercial function and has a variety of different stakeholders with different needs.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents, and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee’s work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.

What are we looking for?
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or relevant technical discipline
- Working experience with SAP & PowerBI
- 5+ years of experience in a variety of Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Customer Care roles
- 3+ years' experience within Power BI or data visualization
- Working experience with Alteryx
- 8+ years of experience delivering analytics solutions
- 5 years’ experience in the Consumer Products industry
- Required: Technical skillset and business knowledge when combined can create game changing solutions for the team
- Required: Advanced in digital solutions, problem solving, and ability to create solutions without being the subject matter expert.
- Required: Understanding of data principles, business needs, and best practice processes
- Required: Moderate understanding of how Commercial (Procurement) works and the impact in the overall business
- Required: Moderate understanding of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) and the ability to teach less technical associates
- Required: The ability to set strategy, articulate vision, drive quality solutions, and work within a hybrid team that has specialized backgrounds.
- Required: Strong communication skills including messaging complex analysis to a broad, diverse, and large stakeholder group including Senior leaders, business units, and different subfunctions.
- Preferred: MBA
- Be passionate about Commercial and overall supply chains. This role is most effective when operating as both a technical expert and functional resource.
- Co-Lead the development and implementation of regional Commercial digital strategy with feedback from the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT).
- Drive Adoption of exiting data tools throughout the entire Commercial organization including all the major subfunctions (Sourcing, Operations, SQA, Price Risk Management, and Sustainability).
- Take ideas from associates, build business cases, and deliver solutions that make their ideas come to life.
- Implement new technology systems/tools to enable Commercial goals (Examples Include: Spend analytics, price forecasting, supplier scorecards, RFX automation tools, etc.)
- Analytical support (spend/material/commercial operations/TCO analytics)
- Ensure development and dissemination of training materials for all systems and tools used by Commercial professionals
- Ensure full implementation of large technology scale programs like SAP 4Hana, Veritas, Large Language Models, etc.
- Play a leadership role in the Commercial data insights pillar focused on commercial associate development and enhance digital skills
- Build and maintain a library of commonly used analyses
- Serve as a quality check for final analytic deliverables
- Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
